INSTRUCTIONS
Try to take hair from as close to scalp as possible or from a clean hair brush. If you color your hair, you must get as close to scalp as possible. Do not use anything except a clean, new ziplock bag or plastic wrap for sending hair samples for the most accurate input. Tightly close container and place in an envelope, securing tightly. Use secure mailing materials to protect. Please write your name and date of birth on a blank sheet of white paper and send it to us with a hair sample. After your sample has arrived and checked out you will receive an email with results from our experts. For an example of the report you can check HERE.
All hair samples will be disposed of by incineration one week after the test.
