On September 01, 2016, the company "Khachatur Mkrtchyan - Diacom Technology" along with Khachatur Mkrtchyan (himself), Oleh Molyovko and Olga Slepenuk were co-conspirators to the attempted registration of a counterfeit trademark which was nearly identical that of Biostar NLS.
